The accommodations had a pleasant appearance, and the staff, especially the receptionist and the night bar lady, were friendly and great with my dog. the hotel is conveniently located near Llandudno Swimming Centre.

The place was of high quality. the staff were very friendly and professional in service and credit. I enjoyed my stay. the location was perfect for traveling around Llandudno, with a short walk to the seafront and the jazz festival.

Staff were friendly. Rooms ok had what I needed but are not very large, Food was ok, ate in restaurant in the evening.

Parking can be an issue. Had to park rather a way from hotel.

The stay was possibly one of the best experiences for one night. the room was well-equipped and nicely presented, featuring a bedroom with spectacular views. the breakfast included a nice assortment of pastries and meats.

We stayed in a modern deluxe room with a comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows.

Very small single room and bathroom, windows leaky, restaurant is poorly heated and it is cold in November, sound sensitive, street directly in front of the hotel very noisy and busy.

I'm afraid the bathroom was way too small. There was not a lot of room in the shower. We're slim people, I can't imagine someone with more weight in there.
